I literally moved up the island and still take time out of my week to go all the way to mattituck to go to this nail salon. They have a great color selection for dip or gel. They take their time, they’re efficient, the prices are fair, and I’ve been coming here since high school. Will definitely continue to come here.
Grew my natural nails out for weeks. I don't get my nails done often at all so I was excited and this was supposed to be relaxing. Went here for powder gel and pedicure. They cut and shaved all the length off my nails after I spent weeks carefully growing them out. Left and noticed the gel was very lumpy, went back in to have them all smoothened a bit. Still unhappy with bulkiness, length and shape. Air bubbles. Seemed rushed. My mom got acrylic nails with powder gel. She noticed some of the nails seemed to be lifting up in the air. The worker said it was her nail shape. We left and noticed it wasn't glued on underneath. When we went back in she just put glue under and said okay. My pedicure also is see through and not smoothly filed. I picked a shiny blue and it’s all streaky and bumpy. Got home and also refiled all my toe nails. If i’m paying for a service I want it to be better than what I could’ve done myself.
Staff are very kind here but both manicures I’ve gotten from this place were rushed and done poorly. Won’t be returning for a third time.
The staff was sooooo nice but I had my nails done and redone and was disappointed both times :/ I got acrylic and gel and was charged $85 which is crazy to me, considering how my nails looked. Wish I could go back, but don’t think I will.
My first nail broke off three days after I got them done, my second one fell off the day after from trying to put my shoes on, instantly snapped. The gems have been falling off since the first day, the service was great they were very respectful, just would not recommend for acrylics
